3. Operator's conflict-of-interest stance (transparency)
The operator (Nobuki Fujimoto, Founder of Rei-AIOS / OUKC) does not engage in investing. WIC is operated as a pure public-information research project with no commercial advisory revenue, no portfolio holdings to defend, and no client relationships to manage.
This zero conflict of interest stance differentiates WIC from commercial advisory services where the provider's own portfolio holdings or paid relationships may bias recommendations.
4. Risk acknowledgment by instrument type
- Stocks: Capital loss including total loss of principal. Past performance ≠ future results.
- Foreign Exchange (FX): High leverage, rapid volatility, losses can exceed initial deposit.
- Bonds: Interest-rate risk, credit (default) risk, sovereign risk, inflation risk.
- Cryptocurrencies: Extreme volatility, regulatory uncertainty across jurisdictions, technology risk, exchange counterparty risk.
- Real Estate: Illiquidity, local regulation changes, foreign ownership restrictions, geopolitical risk.
- Trade Data: Descriptive of country flows; do not infer individual company prospects.
- Foreign Ownership Rules: Change frequently with politics; verify directly with each country's regulator before any action.
5. User responsibility
Users of WIC are solely responsible for their own investment decisions. Before taking any investment action:
- Verify all data with the original public source (each card links back to source)
- Consult an authorized financial professional licensed in your jurisdiction
- Review the relevant national regulations applicable to your situation
- Acknowledge that all investment carries the risk of loss
6. Data accuracy & limitations
WIC aggregates from public sources (World Bank, IMF, UN Comtrade, central banks, official statistical agencies, etc.) but cannot guarantee:
- Real-time accuracy (most data is daily/weekly batch refresh)
- Completeness across all 195 countries (some country data is honestly marked as NEITHER / unknown per D-FUMT₈ axis)
- Translation accuracy for non-English source materials
Where data is uncertain, contested, or unavailable, WIC explicitly marks the cell as NEITHER (unknown / contested) using D-FUMT₈ honest uncertainty semantics — rather than fabricating a confident number.
7. Sanctioned markets disclosure
WIC honestly documents financial market existence in sanctioned jurisdictions (Venezuela, Iran, DPRK, Myanmar, etc.) as a matter of public fact. This is descriptive, not encouragement to invest there. Users in jurisdictions with sanctions enforcement (US OFAC, EU sanctions, UN Security Council resolutions) must comply with their own jurisdictional requirements regarding sanctioned-country transactions.

Third-party news headlines, summaries, images, and underlying public market data remain copyright of their original publishers; WIC links back to original sources with proper attribution under fair-use / fair-dealing conventions (Yahoo / Google News / Smartnews aggregation pattern).
