Sources audited (Phase 1.4, 2026-05-22): IPA RSS verified (⚠ GREY-OK: attributed quotation OK, frame-embed forbidden = text-only cards). MEXT + 日商 検定 deferred. Fetcher implementation Phase 2 候補.

No dedicated certification news feed in the current build. The data bridge (rei-aios.pages.dev/data/studystoa-feed/latest.json) currently ships philosophy / thought / education / learning categories only. A certification-specific fetcher is on the Phase 2 roadmap (IPA RSS is GREY-OK = attributed quotation OK / frame-embed forbidden — see source audit notes above).
