⚠ Important warning about unlicensed offshore brokers

Japan's Financial Services Agency (FSA) has repeatedly warned against using unlicensed offshore FX brokers. Many high-leverage offshore brokers advertised to Japanese residents are NOT registered with the FSA, and Japanese investor protections (segregated funds, loss-cutoff guarantees, dispute resolution access) do NOT apply.

Review sites listed here include sites that cover both regulated and unregulated brokers. The fact that a broker appears in a review site does NOT mean it is legally licensed in your jurisdiction. Always verify regulatory status with your local financial authority.
